1 week till first exams of my finals begin ... and only Allah S.W.T knows why assignments are still coming in! There is so much its getting ridiculous now! What happened to study break? What happened to the 1 week of freedom to mash in some last minute study? Wargh ....

It rained tonight ... a light shower but the forceful breeze was blowing, really made me tuck in. After a great Nandos meal with Bee we headed for Starbucks. What was suppose to be a quick grab-an-drink turned out to be a quick escape. As we settled into our respective-oh-so-comfy chairs, topics bout electives and night classes
and dreams and future children and pent houses swept me off my feet. We laughed at the people who discovered that the right door was unbudgeable and had to go for the left one while deciding whether it was still raining or not. It felt so good to talk again and get my mind
off things. Thanks for that awesome drink Bee, I owe you BIG TIME.

Home was a continued bliss. Now joined by Aizat and Icen, we said farewell to be at the elevator and headed for Apartment 1308. Pushing the standby button on my laptop made me sigh, I knew exactly what shortcut button I'd be click as soon as 'Local Area Connection Now
Available' appeared. Low and behold, "helluu!" popped up straight away! Msn? Yes it was ...

"Why not ..."

And I was again indulged in a dialog. Whipping out my CIVE1181 Excel spread sheet, I went back and forth from it to the chat window. Shobeky Duck and Crazy Uma were still awake so that saved me some time figuring out stuff.

"Sofia is soooo nice!"

Found out spaghetti was a personal favorite. And since I didn't know how to spell that one restaurant ...

The excel spread sheet has been saved and closed. Punk rock still playing in the background. All conversation windows are closed. Shakha's personal message is still making me laugh. Heh.

"Damn, almost three. Well someone's gonna regret this tomorrow ..."

Phone not ringing. Picture still smiling. Click click click goes my keyboard. Three more songs till XO. I'll wait ... the bridge is just too amazing to miss. *Yawn*

"Wow, that was a first for tonight."

Crack my knuckles. Crack my head. Crack my back. Arch arms and crack elbows. Crack my right ankle. Crack knees.

"Should I try it?"

Nope, still can't crack my jaw. How in the world does she do it. Ah, one song to XO.

"Oh, whats that?"

Lip Ice. Damn ... airport ... car ride ... klcc ... bus ride ... her lullaby ... her caressing ... the rides ... the pictures in the rain ... starbucks ... milk and cookies ... the boat ride ... the ferris wheel ... the coaster ... the cable car ... the train ride ... kl central ... Mackers ... "You ARE shorter than I expected!" ... there she is, and she's in red ...

Subuh is in a couple of hours. Heh, luckily class stats 10.30 tomorrow. Nampak gayanya ngandolah lekak subuh tok ... XO Bridge!!!

Transubstantiated ~

On April 10th, Rhockaby is feeling : Transubstantiated ~

Its 2006 and I am now in my 2nd Year at RMIT doing Civil and Infrastructure ... how has the year been treating me? There were the good and the bad, the much appreciated and sadly anticipated ... however it seems like they both counter balance, so I guess I'm in a state of neutralism. Or am I? I do kinda smile more often now ...

I finally got me a proper studying table (In the 2 years and 4 months I've been here, I can FINALLY say I own a table!) and what difference it makes! It sure as hell beats that God for saken box I used to call a study table ... ahhh ... IKEA ... what would I do without you ...

Hey hey! I've got some new habits, muchos gracias to Rhockabella for engraving em on me:-

i) I drink a lot of plain water now! Compared to last year where I couldn't possibly live without some sort of flavored drink in the fridge. I still do drink flavored water, occasionally lah. Ehihi ...

ii) I exercise everyday! Well, to be more specific I work on my abs everyday now. It's actually a part of this thing I got going on ... 40 days of crunches none stop (A Deathmarch if you will ... *winks at Eyeshield Fans*) ... started of with 120 crunches a day, upped it to 240 a day now! Whoot whoot! Im on day 21 now, and have 2652 outta 4800 crunches left. A little off schedule, but I'll make up for it!

iii) I watch tv less! Why? Cause I study more ... (Bwhawhahhahahahahaahaha ...) No seriously! I do!

Well, in some ways I do feel like a whole new person! New sensations I never felt before ... It's nice ... but don't worry ... I'm still here ... I'm still annoying ... I still love being sarcastic ... I'm still, and always be simply me ~

Lively ~

On August 19th 2005, Rakira is feeling: Lively ~

So moving into my new apartment is a good thing right? Right, no doubt about that. With a more spacious room, gym, swimming pool, sauna, and bbq pit at my disposal, what could go wrong? Well, financial problems for one ... but lets not go into that ...

Monday is gym day, Tuesday is free day, Wednesday is swimming day, Thursday is DDR day, Friday is Movie day, and the weekends don't need planning. Hell yeah, now there is a plan that wont last long.

I've started taking guitar classes! Whoppi! Though I'm getting blisters trying to play this Spanish song, but hey, thats the part of learning, right?

On a sidenote, a turtle neck shirt DOES NOT make me look gay. Confirmed.

Well, I'll most probably right somemore crap later. Guess that's all for now.

Jittery ~

I haven't been feeling like myself lately. I laugh less. In fact, sometimes I don't laugh at all. Hmm ... maybe it's caused by my addiction to the new Rpg Maker Xp. It's been 2 weeks now and there has been no night that I have not touched it. Heck, this things even more addictive than Tekken!

RPG Maker XP

Battle_1For those of you who don't know what Rpg Maker is, well, I'm not going to bother going into detail. It's just a program that allows you to create your own game. I used a similar program a few years back but didn't really get into it. But RMXP is totally different. As a tribute to my friends, a lot of you will be featured in my game (yes, those from friendster as well). I need a lot of random characters and what better place to generate random names than my friends list ! Whoppie !

Info_center_1 The screenshots show some of the early scenes from my game. I didn't bother to change much of the default settings as this is only a play-play project. Above you see the simple battle system which any monkey could master. Beside is what a normal conversation would look like. The game will be named F.A, no doubt about that, and will probably take another couple of months for me to finish. Those interested please pm me. I'd be more than grateful to have you guys play my game.

Irene's 19th Birthday

Irene_cut_small Congratulations Irere for turning 19 years old. Since her birthday, Irene's bluffing skills have indeed increased and therefore bringing to the conclusion that no one in the group can be trusted.

We had a great lunch celebrating Irene's birthday, thanks to Irene ofcorse. Everyone was kinda shocked when we found out that the cake was actually homemade by Mira. Amazing I tell you. Icen now has a rival. A women rival.

Next birthday is James and Zee's. We'll see if any of them can top Irene's!

Tekken 5

Isn't it weird that I'd write about my most favorite game in the whole world at the bottom of the page? Tekken 5 took its fighting level to a whole new level. For those just getting into the game, they'll just love the customization. For those casual players, they'll just love the comeback characters. For those hardcore players, they'll love all of the above including the new buffering system. Oh my ... Thanks to mum (sayang Ummi!) for sending me the disk. Though I know that rankings on Ps2 are fake (read that again, FAKE. The real rankings are those you get playing in the arcade, against other humans) but I'd like to brag about my 5 Tekken Lords. Yes yes, as usual other people might already have 23 or 30 Tekken Lords which makes me look like a wannabe ... whatever ... heh, as long as I got what I want, all is aight !

Things I Despise

* Bulletin posts that end with "If you don't post this in 1 hour, you'll recieve bad luck for the rest of your life". BS. Pure BS.

* Love stories that end with "And he died not knowing that the girl loved him as well". Enough with the dying. More romantic endings please! Sheesh!

* Those stupid ultra level Tekken characters that cause you demotion.

Labour Day Parade ~!

Monday morning. So I wake up to this fancy drum beat and thought, "Hmm, must be the labour day parade. Should I go down? Nah, Elvis' FTP site is running, might as well download Tekken the Movie."

But then curiousity got the best of me and I decided to go down anyway. Besides, I wanted to get me some donuts for breakfast. So, dressed in all red as usual, I went down and had the shock of my life. Everything was RED! RED RED RED! I was speechless! Beautiful beautiful RED! I immediately started snapping pictures to my hearts content (I posted some up, do check em out). And dont get me started on the cheerleaders and cars! <Sighs> ~ How I wish everyday was like today.

Had a great BBq this weekend. Though not many people showed up, William's top of the notch lamb was enough for me to forgive em all. Had a good time building piramids and playing 'Toss the Lemon Melon'. After that, it was to my place for movies. Scary Movie 3 was the pick, and as usual everyone had a good laugh. Ah, watch out for the next BBq in easter !

Beautiful Tekken 5. Went to Boxhill's arcade with William and finally played it madly. Still need to get used to the new moves and feel, but no problem. Played a Shinan Level player, what was I thinking? Well, now I want the Ps2 version even more! Buzzah!

I just discovered new juggles for Yoshi in T4, and just when im about to swith to T5! Neeways, been fooling around with T4 and broke my old survivor record with my new 69 wins. Now you may say 'Just 69 and you're bragging?'. Well I'm not bragging, just announcing. And for me 69 wins is already satisfying!
